CRM Executive

Key Roles

• Act as the central point of contact between customers, sales, and internal departments

• Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate and updated customer data

• Support the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and customer coordination

• Ensure smooth order processing by coordinating with production, dispatch, and logistics

teams

• Enhance customer satisfaction by resolving queries and ensuring timely communication

• Monitor customer lifecycle from inquiry to post-sales service

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain customer records, leads, and sales data in the CRM system

• Track inquiries, convert leads, and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients

• Coordinate with internal teams for order status, production updates, and dispatch

schedules

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally

• Maintain proper documentation of quotations, orders, invoices, and communication

• Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, and repeat business opportunities

• Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and internal processes
