Customer Care Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complaints, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Omnichannel Communication: Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries promptly via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, instagram
• Order Processing: Take, verify, and accurately log customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are recorded properly.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, investigate problems, offer effective solutions, and de-escalate difficult situations professionally.
• Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with clients to provide updates on their orders, inquiries, or complaint status.
• Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (dispatch, warehouse, billing, technical support, etc.) to resolve client issues and expedite order fulfillment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer communication records, feedback, and interaction logs.
• Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, tele-calling, or client relationship roles (Voice/Blended process preferred).
• Textile knowledge preferred but not required
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and [Local Language, e.g., Hindi].
• Channel Proficiency: Comfortable managing business communications via WhatsApp Business, professional email, and telephone.
• Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Computer Literacy: knowledge of Excel, google sheets
