Job Description
- Manage customer enquiries, sales leads, and customer databases efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about vehicle models and dealership services.
- Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and customer appointments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up reports using CRM software and MS Excel.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with a customer-focused approach.
- Monitor lead status and ensure timely communication with potential customers.
- Support sales operations, achieve assigned targets, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
