Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
Gender: Female
Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 6 months–2 years
Working Days: 6 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and shortlist candidates through job portals and online platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Post job openings on recruitment portals and social media.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare job descriptions and manage recruitment activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume databases.
- Strong coordination and candidate evaluation skills.
