Creative Projects is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support employee onboarding. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Source suitable candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Post job advertisements and manage job openings.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare and roll out offer letters to selected candidates.
• Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate records and provide recruitment updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Female graduate with at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple job openings.
• Able to coordinate recruitment activities and meet hiring targets.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month, as per skills and experience.
• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 based on performance.
