Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
  • Take customer orders accurately and process cash/digital payments.
  • Generate bills and handle cash counter operations.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order preparation and dispatch.
  • Ensure proper packing and handover of takeaway/delivery orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and surrounding area.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related concerns.
  • Ensure proper stock of packaging materials, cutlery and counter supplies.
  • Follow company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Support the outlet team during peak hours and other operational activities.
