Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential dealers, distributors, EPC companies, and channel partners.
  • Generate and follow up on B2B sales leads through calls and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar products and solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing and potential business partners.
  • Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
  • Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.


Eligibility & Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Interest in B2B sales and business development.
  • Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of sales experience can apply.
  • Candidates with experience in solar, electrical products, B2B sales, dealer/distributor sales, or channel sales will be preferred.
