Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and automation sectors.
Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided database.
Explain company products and automation solutions over calls.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Share product details, proposals, and quotations via email/WhatsApp.
Follow up regularly with prospects for closure.
Maintain daily call records and update sales tracker, ERP & CRM.
Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate and Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to provide customized solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Achieve monthly,Quarterly and Yearly sales targets.
Understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs through basic research.
Collect Feedback From the customer.
Cordinate with team and manager for technical details and quotations if required.
Daily Reporting to Reporting Manager.
Perform other tasks assigned by management as required.
