- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and track Government, Semi-Government, and Private sector tenders.
- Download, study, and analyze tender documents and eligibility requirements.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, and proposals accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with government officials, clients, and internal departments for clarifications and updates.
- Handle enquiries received through email, phone, and online portals and provide timely responses.
- Maintain proper records of tenders, quotations, enquiries, and communications.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, and finance teams for tender-related requirements.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and track their status until final outcome.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms, documentation, and submission requirements.
- Assist in business development and other administrative activities.
- Preferred SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and online tender portals.
- Good documentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
