• Implementation Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge of TMS solutions to configure and deliver Blue Yonder solutions that align with customer business processes.
• Problem Solving: Analyze problems from various perspectives to identify root causes and promote this analytical approach within the team.
• Proactive Engagement: Volunteer for new challenges and foster an eagerness to learn. Build a network beyond your immediate team to encourage a thriving team atmosphere.
• Technical Ownership: Serve as the technical owner in key meetings involving Project Managers, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and executive project sponsors.
• Knowledge Transfer: Ensure effective knowledge transfer is conducted with the key customer project team.
• Business Communication: Communicate customer-specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements to the Product Management Group (PMG) and Product Development (PD).
• Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the Support Services team and customers to ensure stability post go-live and facilitate value realization.
• Functional Analysis: Conduct functional analysis sessions with clients and project teams to understand client needs and develop functional solutions accordingly.
• Functional Support: Provide comprehensive functional support to the project team, including quality assurance, design reviews, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, and programming.
• Service Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of product implementation services and related integration efforts.
• Consulting Team Leadership: Work as a senior member of a consulting team on product implementation, enhancements, managed services, integration, and custom projects, either on-site or offshore.

• Strong technical background in TMS solutions and implementation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in conducting functional analysis and providing functional support.
• Proven track record in project delivery and customer engagement
