- Roles & Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
- Update customer details and call logs in the system
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets
- Desired Candidate Profile:Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Quick learner and team player
- Preferred Experience:Minimum 0 to 6 months of experience in Customer Service/BPO is an added advantage
