- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist junior team members in understanding project goals and methodologies to support their growth.
