Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, driving sales and revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation & management
• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate products, services, and solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, profitability, and account-growth targets.
• Develop and execute account plans and customer-specific business strategies.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, orders, payments, and account performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of complaints and escalations.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems.
