  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for APAC talent to global HR, regional executives, and senior country leadership.
  • Talent Frameworks & Evaluation: Drive consistency in how talent is assessed and selected, building frameworks that support business needs and enable mobility.
  • University Partnerships: Formalize and expand relationships with key higher education institutions to build long-term hiring pipelines.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with APAC business and HR leaders to develop and implement a three-to-five-year regional talent strategy.
  • Promotions Process & Talent Programs: Collaborate on the design and delivery of promotions, talent review, and workforce programs.
  • Cross-Cultural Integration: Foster collaboration and shared standards in a region shaped by acquisitions and diverse legacy cultures.
  • Operational Excellence: Land global TA standards locally, ensuring managers experience a common ADI approach to hiring across all APAC countries.

Must Have Skills

  • Multi-country Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing TA teams spanning multiple countries and cultures.
  • Stakeholder Management & Negotiation: Skilled in building trust and negotiating with senior leaders across countries and functions.
  • Talent Framework Design: Track record of designing and deploying scalable talent evaluation and selection frameworks.
  • University/External Partnerships: Experience formalizing and growing higher-ed partnerships to support talent pipelines.
  • Collaboration & Influence: An effective collaborator who can unify stakeholders and drive alignment in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Change Leadership: Comfortable leading through ambiguity and integration, especially post-acquisition.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting both engineering and manufacturing talent needs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with APAC labor markets and regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
