Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand manpower requirements from collection/operations managers.
  • Plan recruitment according to business volume and client requirements.
  • Ensure positions are filled within the agreed recruitment timeline. 
  • Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, walk-in drives, and local recruitment
  • Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Discuss salary, incentives, working conditions, location, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Coordinate offer/appointment documentation.
  • Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
  • Maintain offer-to-joining and joining-status reports. 
  • Complete joining formalities and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation
