Job Description
* Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
* Support payroll processing and resolve basic employee queries.
* Assist in implementing HR policies and employee engagement activities.
* Coordinate joining, exit formalities, and employee documentation.
* Prepare basic HR reports and support the HR team in daily activities.
