Team Leader - Payroll
- Responsible for leading and managing the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. - Oversee payroll operations, compliance with statutory regulations, and resolve payroll-related queries. - Coordinate with HR and finance departments to maintain payroll data integrity. - Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements related to employee compensation. - Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Facilitate smooth communication between payroll team members and other departments. - Handle escalations and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies effectively. - Support process improvements and automation initiatives within payroll functions.Job role
