Job Description

~ Manage post joining employee life cycle,

~ Ensure completion of Induction and RFR as per the defined schdeule.

~ Ensure timely completion of all HR operational tasks thereby ensuring, seamless employee experience,

~ Execute PMS within defined timelines and laid guidelines,

~ Ensure completion of assigned field visits, as per company guidelines,

~ Effectively execute all Employee Engagement initiatives within the allocated budget,

~ Develop strong employee connect and support in resolution of employee, issues and grievances,

~ Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support IR team on compliance issues.,

~ Facilitate the Internal Job Process (IJP) of the eligible employees, as per company guidelines.
