Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage daily HR activities, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Post job vacancies, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and comp-off details.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and payslip documentation.
• Coordinate PF, ESI, and Professional Tax-related activities.
• Handle employee queries and communicate HR policies.
• Manage resignation formalities and exit interviews.
• Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee documentation.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Familiarity with payroll and HRMS software is preferred.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
