What would you do? • Manage training demand planning, facilitator readiness, session scheduling and LMS governance for an assigned region. Ensure training delivery quality, session utilization, stakeholder satisfaction and continuous improvement through data driven insights and AI enabled solutions.
What are we looking for? • Any Graduation • 5 to 7 years experience with minimum 2 years in Training, Learning Administration or Scheduling • 1+ year Client Relationship and Scope Management experience • Experience supporting global learning operations • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a 24x7 environment • Professional English proficiency • Training demand planning and stakeholder coordination • Training scheduling, enrollment and LMS administration • Train the Trainer and Facilitator Enablement support • Session fill rate and cancellation management
Roles and Responsibilities: • Operations Management • Build quarterly training demand plans with Business Partners • Coordinate session scheduling, enrollment and attendance management • Manage session fill rates and ad hoc training requests • Support Train the Trainer and Facilitator readiness programs • Coordinate stakeholders, facilitators and delivery teams • Review training scores and develop corrective action plans • Deliver reporting, analytics and improvement recommendations • Support AI enabled learning, scheduling and seller support solutions • Ensure LMS data accuracy and SLA compliance • Functional Responsibilities • Manage day to day learning operations and issue resolution • Serve as SME or point of contact for assigned activities • Support stakeholders across training and enablement functions • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence • Align delivery with business priorities and readiness goals • Key Metrics • Operational KPIs • Training Completion Rate • Session Fill Rate • LMS Data Accuracy • SLA Adherence • Stakeholder Satisfaction • Execution KPIs • Escalation Resolution Time • TTT and Facilitator Sessions Supported • Corrective Action Plans Delivered • Reporting Turnaround Time • Demand Plan and Schedule Update Timeliness
