Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive for HunyHuny company:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including stock receiving, packing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate logistics for baby products like strollers, cribs, and maternity wear.
• Maintain 100% accurate inventory records using Excel or ERP systems.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of transport vehicles at the loading point.
• Inspect incoming shipments from manufacturers for defects or damage.
• Supervise floor staff to ensure quick and error-free order fulfillment.
• Maintain safety, order, and clear traffic flow at the loading point area.
• Organize warehouse storage space to handle bulky furniture items safely.
• Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits to prevent inventory leakage.
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely dispatch of online orders.
• Verify loading sheets and shipping manifests before vehicles depart the loading bay.
• Prepare daily dispatch reports and update tracking details for management.
• Enforce strict cleanliness and safety protocols across the facility floor.
