Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented D2C Logistics EXecutive to manage end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in order fulfillment, courier coordination, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage order processing and shipment tracking
  • Coordinate with courier partners and warehouses
  • Ensure timely delivery of all customer orders
  • Handle returns (RTO) and resolve delivery-related issues
  • Maintain logistics data, reports, and dashboards
  • Resolve operational escalations efficiently
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics / supply chain (preferably D2C)
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with courier aggregators (like Shiprocket, Nimbus, etc.) is a plus
  • Good knowledge of order management and inventory systems
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
