Business Analyst 1-Ops
The Partner Transaction Center (PTC) is a centralized team within Partner Sales and Operations Strategy (PSOS). The PTC team is responsible for the operational excellence of systems and processes used by Oracle’s indirect channel representatives and partners globally. Oracle’s partners are valuable as they help resell software, cloud and hardware products to end customers and their differentiated services combined with Oracle’s technology help enable our customers to achieve their business goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience with managing partner relationships, implementing business and strategic functions, managing operations with multiple stakeholders, process optimization and work towards enhancing customer experience.
