Job Description
Laddha Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of rooftop solar solutions across residential, commercial and industrial customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, understanding their electricity consumption and presenting suitable solar solutions. Key responsibilities include field sales, customer visits, preparing quotations, follow-ups, negotiation, closing orders and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should actively develop new leads through referrals, networking, channel partners and local market activities. Experience in solar, electrical, real estate, automobile or other B2C/B2B sales will be preferred. Excellent communication, convincing ability, willingness to travel locally and a strong achievement-oriented mindset are essential.
