Job Summary

We are looking for a Courier Operations Manager to manage and coordinate with courier partners and ensure smooth day-to-day courier operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipments, resolving operational issues, managing escalations, and ensuring timely delivery and service as per agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations with all courier partners.
• Coordinate with courier teams for pickup, delivery, RTO, and undelivered shipments.
• Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely tracking updates.
• Follow up on pending pickups, delivery exceptions, and shipment-related issues.
• Handle escalations with courier partners and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor courier partner performance and identify operational gaps.
• Ensure shipments are processed and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Care, and Accounts teams wherever required.
• Track and resolve shipment-related complaints and operational issues.
• Prepare and review courier performance, shipment, and operational reports.
• Monitor SLA performance and take corrective action where required.
• Maintain proper records of courier operations, escalations, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with courier partners to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Support management with regular updates on courier performance and pending issues.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of courier, logistics, and shipment operations.
• Experience in managing courier partners and third-party logistics vendors.
• Good understanding of RTO, undelivered shipments, pickup, delivery, and tracking processes.
• Strong follow-up and escalation management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple courier partners and operational issues simultaneously.
• Strong coordination skills with internal and external teams.
• QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in courier operations, logistics, e-commerce operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience in handling multiple courier partners will be preferred.
