Job Description
Hiring: Dispatch Executive
Company: Amartex Industries Ltd.
Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Experience: 2–7 Years
Department: Dispatch / Logistics / Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Verify stock, SKU, quantity, invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, drivers, and internal departments.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch reports.
- Maintain ERP entries, dispatch registers, and pending dispatch MIS.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve dispatch-related issues.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, inventory management, and dispatch documentation.
- Experience in textile, apparel, retail, or FMCG industries preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
