Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Zirakpur

Job Type: Full Time | Work From Office

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending upon skills, experience & practical test)

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart, active and responsible Accounts Executive who is fast in day-to-day accounting work, has good grasping power and can work independently with accuracy.

The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple accounting activities and completing assigned work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities• Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/accounting software

• Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, Contra and Journal entries

• Bank reconciliation on regular basis

• Customer & Vendor Ledger Reconciliation

• Maintaining Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Follow-up and preparation of outstanding payment/collection reports

• Checking purchase invoices, expense bills and supporting documents

• GST-related accounting and reconciliation

• Basic knowledge of TDS and statutory compliance

• Preparation of data/reports required for GST/TDS filing and coordination with CA

• Petty cash and expense accounting

• Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation

• Assisting in monthly account closing

• Preparing Excel/MIS reports as required by management

• Identifying mismatches/errors and resolving them proactively

Skills RequiredMust Have: • Good working knowledge of Tally / accounting software

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Understanding of GST, TDS and basic taxation

• Bank & Ledger Reconciliation

• Strong numerical and accounting knowledge

• Good computer skills

QualificationB.Com / M.Com / equivalent commerce/accounting qualification preferred.
