Job SummaryIdeas Electricals & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Civil to oversee civil construction activities related to pole and stay foundations at electrical infrastructure project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise excavation, concreting, and foundation casting for poles and stays.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy as per GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Monitor curing, backfilling, and site levelling after foundation work.
• Coordinate with the electrical team to ensure foundation readiness.
• Maintain quality standards and safety protocols during civil execution.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project engineers to resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain site records and report progress to the project management team.
• Required Qualifications and SkillsDiploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Knowledge of excavation, concreting, foundation casting, and backfilling.
• Ability to read and interpret GFC drawings.
• Understanding of civil construction quality standards and site safety practices.
• Strong coordination, communication, and site management skills.
• Willingness to work at project locations in Yavatmal or Nanded, Maharashtra.
