Job Summary

Ideas Electricals & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to support HT/EHV substation installation, transmission line execution, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of electrical systems, site execution, safety standards, and technical drawings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInspect hardware fittings, insulator installation, and ground clearance.
• Execute and supervise foundation, erection, and installation work for substation equipment.
• Assist in HT/EHV substation installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
• Handle transmission line and switchyard execution activities.
• Assist with testing and commissioning of electrical equipment rated above 33 kV.
• Understand single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, panels, transformers, and switchgear.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, quality requirements, and approved project drawings.
• Monitor daily site progress and maintain project records, reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, contractors, and other teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely execution of site activities according to project schedules.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn HT/EHV systems and work at project sites as required.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Practical knowledge of HT/EHV substations, transmission lines, and switchyard activities.
• Understanding of electrical equipment, transformers, switchgear, and electrical safety procedures.
• Ability to read and follow electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and site management skills.
• Willingness to work at project locations in Yavatmal or Nanded, Maharashtra.
