Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Mapping: Identify and research potential target institutions (K-12 schools, higher education institutions) or individual learners via digital marketing channels, cold calling, and education expos.
  • Product Demos & Pitching: Conduct engaging demonstrations of educational software (LMS), curriculum frameworks, test prep packages, or upskilling courses to stakeholders.
  • Institutional Tie-ups: Negotiate contracts and sign Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with schools, colleges, or universities for B2B campus partnerships.
  • Counseling & Conversion: For B2C setups, provide career counseling to prospective students or parents, mapping their educational goals to the company's offerings.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular contact with institutional heads and decision-makers to ensure smooth implementation of products and secure annual contract renewals.
  • Market Tracking: Keep abreast of changes in national education policies (like NEP), competitive educational tools, and shifting student trends.
