• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP) and related financial products.
• Visit customers, builders, brokers and other referral sources for business development.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their loan requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with customers, banks/HFCs and internal teams throughout the loan process.
• Follow up on leads, applications, sanction and disbursement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, channel partners, property dealers and customers.
• Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years in Home Loan / LAP / Banking / DSA / Financial Services preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Good knowledge of the Virar–Vasai–Nalasopara market will be an advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
• Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
