Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our dental clinic. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound calls and patient enquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed appointments while building strong relationships with patients.
