Job Description

  • 1. Student Enrollment & Lead Generation Identify and engage prospective students and parents through various outreach methods.
  •  Conduct seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions to attract enrollments.
  •  Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and walkins.
  • Maintain and update a database of potential students.
  • 2. Market Expansion & Partnerships Develop and maintain relationships with schools, tuition centers, and educational consultants.
  •  Organize collaboration programs with schools and coaching institutes.
  •  Explore new market opportunities for student acquisition.
  • 3. Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and yearly enrollment targets.
  •  Present and explain course offerings, fee structures, and institute benefits to potential students and parents.
  • Offer customized solutions to students based on their academic needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • 4. Customer Relationship Management Provide ongoing support and guidance to enrolled students and parents.
  •  Address and resolve queries regarding courses, admission procedures, and payment plans.
  •  Conduct feedback sessions to enhance student experience and retention.
  • 5. Reporting & Data Management Maintain detailed records of inquiries, followups, enrollments, and revenue generation.
  • Prepare and present reports on enrollment trends, market performance, and competitor analysis.
  •  Provide insights to management on student preferences and areas for improvement.
  • 6. Institutional Branding & Promotions Represent Manch Science Classes at education fairs, career expos, and community events.
  •  Promote brand awareness through digital and offline marketing strategies.
  • Assist in designing promotional materials, presentations, and social media campaigns.
