Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students to help them choose suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain and regularly update student enquiry and admission databases.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, education fairs, and admission campaigns.
- Maintain good relationships with students and parents and provide timely support.
