DRA Team Leader – Required Qualitiesअगर DRA (Debt Recovery/Collection) Team Leader की hiring करनी है, तो candidate में ये qualities होनी चाहिए:

  • Recovery Target: Daily/Monthly recovery targets achieve करने का experience

  • Leadership: Team को motivate और guide करने की ability
  • Field Knowledge: Collection/recovery process और field operations की अच्छी जानकारी
  • Follow-up Skills: Pending cases और customers का regular follow-up
  • Reporting: Daily MIS, collection report और team performance report बनाना
  • Problem Solving: Difficult customers और field issues को handle करने की क्षमता
  • Discipline: Team attendance, productivity और field activity monitor करना
