The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of astrology, and the ability to explain insights clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct astrology consultations through phone, video, chat, or in person.
• Analyze birth charts, planetary positions, houses, aspects, and dashas.
• Provide guidance on areas such as career, relationships, finance, marriage, and personal development.
• Answer clients' questions with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in horoscope/Kundli analysis and client consultations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, ethical, and respectful approach toward clients.
• Prior experience with astrology platforms or online consultations is a plus.
