Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive / Customer Care Executive 

 

Process: Blended Process (Voice and Chat) 

 

Qualification: 

Undergraduate 

Graduate 

 

Salary: 

For Graduate Experienced Candidates (1+ Year Experience): 

In-Hand: ₹18,000 / CTC: ₹22,000 

 

For Undergraduate Candidates: 

In-Hand: ₹14,000 / CTC: ₹18,000 

 

Communication Skills: 

Good English 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Handle inbound customer queries. 

Resolve customer queries through Voice & Chat support. 

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers. 

 

Joiners:
