HOME TRY-ON (HTO) FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
Role Overview
Store sales
Visit customers at their homes, perform preliminary eye power checks, and help them select the right frames and lenses while driving sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Appointments
Attend up to 5 appointments daily
Travel to customer homes using your two-wheeler
Equipment Handling
Carry company-provided kit bag
Includes:
Refraction tools, Machines, iPad and Frames and lenses
Kit weight: 15kg
Eye Check & Sales
Conduct preliminary eye checks
Recommend suitable frames and lenses
Convert consultations into sales
