Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive

Process: Telecom/Banking sales

 

Job Role:

* Handle customer queries and requests.

* Inbound and outbound Voice process

* Solve customer queries.

 

Skills Required:

* Good communication and comprehension skills

* Ability to read, write, and understand English

 

Eligibility:

Age: 18–35 years

Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / 10th + 2 Years ITI

Basic computer knowledge

Typing speed: 20 WPM with 80% accuracy

 

Shift Timings:

Female: Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Male: Any 9-hour shift between 12:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight

Includes 1-hour break

 

Salary (CTC)

Gujarati: Up to ₹16,825 (including PF & ESIC)

Marathi + Fluent English: Up to ₹17,500 (including PF & ESIC)

For banking sales Incentives: Unlimited, with no capping
