Job Role : Customer Care Executive 


JOB DESCRIPTION :


* Candidate will be Handle Request, Queries and Complain through Inbound and outbound.

•Empathy towards the customer

•Problem Solving Skills

* Good/basic communication skills in English.

Qualification :

* Minimum Education: 12th Pass Or Diploma. 


Shifts: For male any 9 Hours shift from 9 AM to 12 AM.

For Female any 9 Hours shift from 6 AM to 8 PM.
