Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Mon–Sat | Sunday Off

Role Overview

Lead recruitment projects and training batch coordination for MSME clients. You'll own client relationships end-to-end — from understanding hiring needs to candidate placement and post-joining retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements & create structured job briefs
• Design sourcing strategy (job portals, referrals, walk-ins) & manage sourcing team
• Conduct screening interviews; drive 10–15 placements/month
• Track 30-day candidate retention (target 90%+)
• Coordinate training batches with freelance trainers (1+ batch/month)
• Submit weekly reports directly to the CEO

Requirements

• Any Graduate (MBA-HR preferred)
• 2+ years hands-on recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, closing)
• Strong interviewing & client relationship skills
• Fluent Tamil + basic English
• Team handling experience is a plus
