Field Recruiter

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Recruiter responsible for sourcing and hiring blue-collar candidates. The role involves field work, candidate mobilization, and end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, local references, and vendors
• Visit nearby areas, villages, colleges, and industrial zones for candidate mobilization
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Ensure daily candidate lineups, selections, and joiners
• Maintain recruitment data and update in internal systems (MIS/ATS)
• Follow up with selected candidates for joining and documentation
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
• Build strong local network for continuous candidate pipeline
• Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel and do field work
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Preferred Profile:Experience in Manufacturing / Warehousing / Logistics hiring
• Local language proficiency is mandatory
