Job Title: Telecalling Executive / Customer Support Representative

Location: Mumbai / Thane

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (In-Hand per month) + Attractive Incentives

Shift Timings: Pure Day Shift

Working Days: 6 Days a week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Job OverviewWe are actively hiring energetic and communication-driven Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will interact directly with customers over the phone, handle inquiries, explain our services, and maintain strong customer relationships. 

• Key Responsibilities
• Outbound/Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective leads or handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently. 
• Customer Support: Clearly explain company products, services, or offers to customers. 
• Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and follow up regularly to ensure high satisfaction. 
• Data Management: Keep accurate, daily records of calls made, customer responses, and lead status in the system. 
• Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Minimum 10th Pass or 12th Pass (HSC / Undergraduates / Freshers can apply). 
• Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi or Marathi (Basic English comprehension is a plus). 
• Experience: Both Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. 
• Skills: Good listening skills, phone etiquette, and a polite, helpful attitude.
