Hiring: Customer Support Executive – International BPO
📍 Location: Mumbai
🌍 Process: US & UK Process
🕒 Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, chats, or emails.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

- Excellent communication skills in English.
