About VRaZ AcademyVRaZ Academy Pvt Ltd is a coaching institute for JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, and Foundation programs (Grades 8–12), with centers across Thane HO, Manpada, Kalyan, and Palava. We are focused on scaling admissions and student outreach across the Thane–Kalyan–Bhiwandi region for the upcoming admission season.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Tele-Caller cum Admission Counsellor to be based at our Thane HO center. The role involves calling prospective student/parent leads, explaining VRaZ's academic programs, generating interest, and converting calls into walk-ins and campus visits. The ideal candidate is comfortable with high call volumes, target-driven work, and has good persuasion and follow-up skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls daily to leads (database, campaign responses, VSAT/seminar registrations, school data, referrals, etc.) to introduce VRaZ Academy's programs
• Explain course offerings, fee structures, scholarship plans (e.g., Jodo Flex Plan, Jodo Cred Plan), and batch details to parents/students
• Convert calls into scheduled walk-ins/campus visits and coordinate follow-ups
• Maintain daily call reports covering total dials, connected calls, and positive parent responses in the defined format
• Follow up consistently with warm and interested leads until conversion or closure
• Coordinate with the Admission Head/Center team to hand off walk-ins for counselling and enrolment
• Update CRM/call logs and lead status accurately and on time
• Support seasonal campaigns (VSAT scholarship exam, seminars, school tie-ups) with calling drives
• Maintain a polite, professional, and parent-friendly tone on every call
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate (any stream); prior experience in tele-calling, admissions counselling, or ed-tech/education sales preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/Marathi/English (multi-lingual preferred, given regional parent base)
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and daily targets
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM/call log entry)
• Good convincing, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Punctual, target-oriented, and organized
• Compensation & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month, based on experience and interview performance
• Incentive Structure: Additional incentive payable per confirmed walk-in generated through calling efforts (structure to be shared at the time of offer)
