Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Female Social Media Executive / Social Media Manager to manage the day-to-day social media presence of our jewellery brand.

A fresher with good social media knowledge and a creative mindset is absolutely welcome. We are looking for someone who understands Instagram, Reels and content trends and can consistently execute content.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage our Instagram and Facebook social media accounts
• Plan and maintain the social media content calendar
• Post Instagram Reels, Posts, Stories and other content
• Schedule and publish content consistently
• Coordinate with the team for product photos, videos and other content
• Come up with Reel ideas, story ideas and content concepts
• Write basic captions and use relevant hashtags, keywords and trending formats
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, Reels trends, audio, hashtags and social media trends
• Maintain a consistent brand look and tone across social media
• Track basic social media performance such as reach, views, engagement, followers and Reel performance
• Help improve our overall Instagram engagement and organic reach
• Organise upcoming content and ensure there are no gaps in the posting schedule
• Skills We're Looking ForGood understanding of Instagram and Facebook
• Strong interest in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories and Posts
• Creative thinking and ability to come up with content ideas
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred
• Basic understanding of content creation, social media analytics, hashtags and SEO is preferred
• Knowledge of Instagram trends and viral content is a plus
• Ability to work independently and maintain a content schedule

Approximately 15 minutes from Thane Railway Station, making the office easily accessible for candidates travelling by train.
