Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and general ledger.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Process vendor payments as per the payment cycle and maintain cash flow planning.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports.
• Verify purchase invoices, expense vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, and management reports.
• Monitor inventory accounting and coordinate with the store and production teams.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal financial controls.
• Support ERP implementation and process improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
• Excellent knowledge of Tally ERP, Busy, or other ERP software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reports).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
