24×7 International Inbound Customer Service For Medical Billing
Process: International Inbound Customer Service
Employment: Full-Time
Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
Shifts: 24×7 Rotational
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Advisors for international 24×7 inbound customer service campaign. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries professionally, maintaining service quality, and achieving defined productivity, quality and customer-service KPIs while following client SOPs, security and compliance requirements.
Shift Timings (IST):
- Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon/Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- International BPO Inbound/customer-service experience preferred
- Ability to meet defined KPIs and follow SOPs
- Commitment to client confidentiality, security and compliance standards
