HR Executive

We are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR professional to join our growing retail organization.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and day-to-day HR operations while helping us build a strong, professional and positive work culture.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and office positions
• Source, interview and onboard suitable candidates
• Handle employee documentation, attendance, leave and HR records
• Develop structured onboarding and training processes
• Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisals
• Create and implement HR policies and SOPs
• Improve employee engagement, motivation and retention
• Handle employee concerns and workplace issues professionally
• Coordinate payroll-related information and statutory compliance
• Maintain manpower planning for existing and upcoming locations
• Work closely with management and store managers to improve productivity and team culture
• Help create career growth and development plans for employees
• Previous HR experience, preferably in Retail, Hospitality, FMCG or Service Industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
• Comfortable working closely with frontline/store employees
• Organized, proactive and solution-oriented
• Knowledge of basic HR compliance and labour regulations
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and HR software
