Job Description
Key Responsibilities: (Female candidates only)
Source & screen candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Conduct initial interviews & coordinate with hiring managers
Handle 150–200 calls daily for hiring & follow-ups
Manage complete recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Maintain trackers & build talent pipeline
Handle bulk hiring within timelines
